After earning a degree in Cognitive Science from Queen’s University, she shifted from a corporate tech career to naturopathic medicine, training in integrative health and cancer care. Dr. Kostroman emphasizes holistic health, mind-body practices, and leads initiatives to improve accessible medicine and women's health.
