Which countries does The DNA Company ship to?
The DNA Company ships to over 100 different countries. On checkout, if the country is found in the country drop down list, then we can ship to your country. If your country is not found in the list of shipping countries, please contact us at clientcare@thednacompany.com to determine if we can ship to your country.
Currently, we are unable to ship products to the following countries:
Brunei, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, France, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Myanmar (Burma), New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Vietnam.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. In times of high demand or major holidays, order processing can take an extra 24 hours. Tracking information is emailed once your label is created.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping times will vary depending on the address, ensure that you review your tracking number for accurate timelines. A separate email is sent once the tracking number is generated. Please allow for packaging and processing time on top of the following delivery standards for orders to arrive at their destination.
For the United States:
The mainland U.S: 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping with $29.00 USD USPS Ground option (Includes Free Return Shipping).
Outlying Areas: Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may need extra transit time. Allow 3 to 5 additional days for delivery.
For Canada:
3 to 5 business days with FedEx International Connect Plus Duties & Taxes Included. Refer to your tracking number to monitor delivery. If the package does not clear customs within 5 business days, reach out to clientcare@thednacompany.com so that we can contact our broker.
Return shipping via Canada Post is recommended. Use the Zonos app to complete electronic declaration forms and pay duties. Declared value refers to the sample tube only; select the lowest value option within the app, the Canada Post employee can assist you with the process.
For all other countries:
FedEx International Connect Plus Duties & Taxes Included, all rates are dynamically calculated based on your shipping address.
Shipping times will range between 6 to 30 business days. Refer to your tracking number to monitor delivery. If the package stalls at any point, reach out to clientcare@thednacompany.com so that we can contact our broker.
*All test kits being shipped back to any of our labs from an international point of origin, will be at the responsibility of the individual to pay for their own shipping. Due to different customs requirements, duties, taxes, and local ordinance rules, The DNA Company cannot assume any responsibility for the returning samples without them being tracked properly by a recognized shipping authority.
