How onboarding works

Onboarding happens in three stages. You complete the first on this page.

  1. Stage 01

    Share your details

    1. 01 Fill out the investor formComplete the form on this page with your information.
  2. Stage 02

    Sign Terms and Conditions

    1. 02 Review and sign through DocuSignYou receive a DocuSign email to review and sign your agreement.
    2. 03 Receive a confirmation emailOnce you complete the DocuSign, you receive a confirmation email.
    3. 04 Receive your fully executed agreementOnce the agreement is fully executed, you receive a fully executed copy.
  3. Stage 03

    Receive your access

    1. 05 Receive your usernameThe DNA Company emails you your username for the Investor Portal.
    2. 06 Receive your passwordYour password arrives in a second, separate email.
    3. 07 Go to the Investors linkVisit thednacompany.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Investors”.
    4. 08 Sign in to the Investor PortalYou are taken to the Investor Portal login page, where you enter your credentials to access information related to the DNA Co-CA investment.

Share your details

How your information is used

  • Your details are sent to our investor onboarding team to prepare your DocuSign agreement.
  • Your agreement is sent and signed through DocuSign.
  • Your username and password are sent in two separate emails.

Portal access is not immediate. Your login details will be provided after the agreement has been fully executed and your access has been set up.
