Be Proactive. Advanced Screening Tools Can Lead to Better Outcomes.
According to the American Cancer Society, when breast cancer is caught early (in a localized state), the survival rate is 99%. The DNA Breast 360 tests for two proteins in your tears: S100A8 (Calgranulin A) and S100A9 (Calgranulin B). They are involved in the body’s inflammatory response and are elevated in breast cancer. This is your first chance to address potential issues as quickly as possible.

Gain Peace of Mind. The DNA Breast 360 Test Is Highly Effective atIdentifying Potential Future Problems.
If you are concerned about your risk due to family history or genetics, the DNA Breast 360 test is for you. Studies have shown it has a sensitivity of 92% for detecting clinically significant activity related to breast cancer, leading to earlier treatment or even prevention. Even if the result is not what you’d hoped, the DNA Breast 360 test empowers you to start your journey to better health.

Stay Safe with Regular Screening. The DNA Breast 360 Test Complements Traditional Screening Methods as an Early Warning System.
Using the DNA Breast 360 Test on a regular basis should be an essential part of your healthcare routine. Since treatment is most effective the earlier it begins, any cancer-related issues should be found as soon as possible. This simple, non-invasive test increases the likelihood of a successful outcome. Remember, the DNA Breast 360 is designed to complement, not replace, traditional screening methods, providing additional information about your breast health, particularly for younger women and those who may face barriers to regular imaging.

Test in the Privacy of Your Own Home. The DNA Breast 360 Test Is Safeand Easy to Use.
Your kit contains an instruction booklet, sample tube, 2 sample strips, sample solution, sample label, and sample return pouch. There is an activation code on the back of your lab form that you need to register online, so your kit will be linked to you when it’s sent to lab. Follow the instructions in the booklet to collect and return your tear sample. You will be able to check your results online when the analysis is complete. Your results will be either Negative or Clinically Significant. NOTE: Clinically significant is not a diagnosis of cancer. It means you have biomarkers that are suggestive of breast cancer. Also, false positives and negatives are possible. You will have an opportunity to discuss your results with one of our clinicians or your own healthcare provider and establish a plan of action.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is DNA Breast 360?
DNA Breast 360 is an innovative, non-invasive breast cancer screening test that analyzes specific proteins in your tears to detect early signs of breast cancer. It’s designed to be used alongside traditional screening methods like mammography, providing an additional layer of insight into your breast health.
How does DNA Breast 360 work?
The test uses a simple tear sample collected with a Schirmer strip placed inside your lower eyelid. The strip absorbs your tears, which are then analyzed in a lab for specific protein biomarkers linked to breast cancer.
Why are tears used instead of blood?
Tears are used because they provide a cleaner sample for detecting cancer-related proteins. Blood contains large components like red blood cells, white blood cells, and large proteins that can obscure small but critical markers of disease, making detection less precise. In contrast, tears are free from these larger elements, allowing for more accurate and reliable identification of cancer biomarkers.
What proteins does DNA Breast 360 test for?
DNA Breast 360 measures two key proteins in your tears:
- S100A8 (Calgranulin A) and S100A9 (Calgranulin B): These proteins are involved in the body’s inflammatory response and are frequently elevated in breast cancer. They play a role in tumor growth and metastasis, making them essential markers for early cancer detection.
Who should use DNA Breast 360?
DNA Breast 360 is suitable for all women aged 30 and older who want to monitor their breast health, especially those who might not have easy access to mammography, those under 50 who are not routinely screened, or those in rural or underserved areas.
How often should I get tested with DNA Breast 360?
It is recommended to take the DNA Breast 360 test annually, particularly if you are in a higher risk category or as advised by your healthcare provider. Regular testing helps track changes over time and ensures that any early signs of breast cancer are detected promptly.
Is DNA Breast 360 a replacement for mammograms?
No, DNA Breast 360 is not a replacement for mammograms. It is designed to complement traditional screening methods, providing additional information about your breast health, particularly for younger women and those who may face barriers to regular imaging.
How accurate is DNA Breast 360?
Clinical studies have shown that DNA Breast 360 has a sensitivity of 92% for detecting clinically significant activity related to breast cancer. This means it is highly effective at identifying potential issues that need further investigation.
What do the test results mean?
Results are classified as either Positive (Clinically Significant) or Negative (Not Clinically Significant). A Positive result suggests elevated inflammatory or cancer-related activity, and follow-up imaging, such as a mammogram, is recommended. A Negative result indicates no significant findings, but you should continue with routine breast screenings.
Is the test painful or uncomfortable?
The tear collection process is simple and non-invasive. The Schirmer strip is placed gently in your lower eyelid for a few minutes, and most patients experience only mild discomfort, similar to a brief eye exam.
Is this test valid for men or people undergoing gender-affirming care?
This test is currently designed for individuals who were assigned female at birth, as it has been specifically validated for this group. Currently, we do not have sufficient data to ensure accuracy for men or individuals undergoing gender-affirming hormonal therapies, but we are actively working to expand our research in the future.
Does my collection kit expire?
Yes, the preservation fluid inside the collection device expires, depending on the kit type, it is viable for 12-18 months. If you have an unused collection kit and you are unsure if you need a replacement, please check the date of your order or contact clientcare@thednacompany.com
How we’ve changed lives

“I have never heard about this test so really didn't know what to expect. After receiving the box, the instructions that came with it were very clear. I like that you could watch the video that showed you exactly how to proceed with the test. The process was explained very well...My results came in a few days later. They were thorough and clear.”
Pauline R.

“I am really impressed with this kit. It has everything that I need, and even includes some extra supplies in case you chicken out. The eye drop swatch is not the most comfortable test, but it's better than a blood draw in my opinion.”
Rebecca S.

“Using DNA Breast 360 for cancer screening is really convenient as my insurance does not cover mammograms until the age of 40. I understand this is not for diagnosis purposes, but it will give me peace of mind in the mean time. The box has everything you may need to collect and ship the sample.”
Naya M.

“As soon as my DNA Breast 360 box arrived I opened it. The instructions were clear and it was very well packaged. I actually have an eye condition where my corneas are easily scratched and this didn't bother me at all. Collection was simple and while it was a little irritating for my eye, it didn't last long. Packaging it up was a breeze. I took it to my nearest shipping store and it was on its way the same day.”
